Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions outlined below regulate your use of PakAutomine. By accepting to use our marketplace, you agree to be bound by the following.

PakAutomine operates as an automotive exchange. We offer the platform through which buyers, sellers, and dealers interact. The use of this service depends on the acceptance of these terms by the users and their adherence to all relevant laws.

• Registration: Users have to supply genuine information. You are entirely responsible for all actions performed using your account.
• Verification: In order to maintain marketplace integrity, we may require that dealers and professional sellers provide us with documents such as business licenses or tax certificates for verification (we reserve the right to verify this information subject to our decision).

• Accuracy: Sellers need to give an accurate representation about the vehicle’s condition, history and specifications. Any misrepresentation of material facts is not allowed.
• Right to Moderate: We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove any ad violating our community standards or which is fraudulent or falling out of place.
• Ownership: By uploading photos or descriptions, you grant PakAutomine a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within our marketplace ecosystem.

Users are strictly prohibited from doing things like

• Collecting marketplace data with automated scraping techniques
• Sending inappropriate commercial messages (spam) to other users.
• Participating in “shill bidding”, or any move meant to artificially raise listing prices.
• By faking the identity of other individuals or entities.

• Non-Intervention: PakAutomine is not an agent, broker, or inspector. We do not participate in negotiations or the transfer of title and funds between parties.
• Condition of Goods: All vehicle information is provided by third parties. We make no assurances, stated or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings.
• Transaction Safety: We strongly advise all users to conduct independent inspections and title verifications. PakAutomine shall not be held liable for any financial loss, damages, or disputes arising from transactions conducted via this platform.

All software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary tools created by PakAutomine are the exclusive properties of PakAutomine. Any form of copying or exploitation thereof is forbidden.

The terms of this agreement shall be governed by and enforced under the laws of Pakistan. The user agrees to the sole authority of the courts of Pakistan for all matters associated with or that arise out of this agreement, with the exception that PakAutomine maintains the right to pursue legal action in any other country.

You will compensate us in full (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) for any losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, we incur arising out of any breach by you of this user agreement, your improper use of PakAutomine services, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.

If a dispute arises between you and PakAutomine, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution by contacting support@pakautomine.com. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation. Any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with this user agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of Pakistan.

PakAutomine offers Featured Ad services that help sellers increase the visibility of their listings across selected sections of the platform. These promotional services are available at a fee and are non-refundable once activated.

The cost of Featured Ads will depend upon the package selected by you. Current pricing details are displayed on the PakAutomine platform at the time of purchase.

PakAutomine reserves the right to update or revise featured ad pricing at any time without prior notice.

All featured ad packages must be paid for in advance before the advertisement is published or promoted on the platform.

Users can make payments through the payment methods available on PakAutomine. While we take reasonable measures to provide a secure payment experience, PakAutomine cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damage arising from the use of third-party payment services or online payment systems.

We have a strict zero tolerance policy against fraudulent behaviour. We have the full right to deactivate accounts that belong to users who indulge in acts of deception, harassment, and abuse of our Terms and Conditions.

We retain the full rights to alter these terms at any given time. The revisions shall be valid once published on the site. Your persistent use of the platform indicates that you agree to the modified terms.

The validity and enforceability of the remaining sections of this user agreement will be unaffected if any clause or condition is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason.

The headings of this agreement are for reference only and are not meant to define or limit the scope or extent of any section or any term or provision of this agreement or create any binding obligation on any party.

Our failure to take action in response to a breach by you or others does not invalidate our right to act with regard to subsequent or similar breaches.

In the event of a dispute between you and one or more users, you hereby absolve and release us (as well as our affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents) from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of all kinds and natures, known or unknown, that may arise from or be in connection with such disputes.

We may revise this user agreement at any time by posting revised terms on https://pakautomine.com. All revised terms shall become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use https://pakautomine.com after such changes have been made, you acknowledge and agree to the revised User Agreement.

PakAutomine guarantees that none of the listed items violates the copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties. If you feel that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please inform us at support@pakautomine.com and we will look into the matter.

PakAutomine shall not be held accountable for any losses experienced by the other party, nor will it be determined to have violated this agreement in the event of delays or nonperformance brought on by events outside of its control, acts of God, or actions of the government.

The user agreement and all policies published on our website constitute the entire agreement between you and PakAutomine and take precedence over all prior agreements and understandings of the parties.
